Does it work with both iPhone and Android?
Yes. LOC8 VERSA works with Apple Find My (iPhone) and Google Find Hub (Android) so you can track and ring your wallet from either platform.

Will it attach to my phone?
It magnetically attaches to any MagSafe-compatible phone — that's iPhone 12 and newer. For Android or older iPhones, add a stick-on MagSafe magnetic ring or use a MagSafe-compatible case. Both are widely available and inexpensive.

Do I need to remove my phone case?
No — as long as your case is MagSafe-compatible, the wallet attaches directly to it. If your current case isn't MagSafe-compatible, swapping to one that is will do the trick.

How many cards does it hold?
Up to 4 cards. A built-in retention mechanism keeps them secure — even if you only carry one.

Does it actually protect my cards?

How do I find my wallet when it's missing?
Open the Find My (iPhone) or Find Hub (Android) app and tap "Play Sound." Your wallet will beep at up to 100dB — loud enough to hear under cushions, in bags, or across a noisy room. If it's further away, the app shows its last-known location on a map.

How do I set up separation alerts?
In the Find My or Find Hub app, enable notifications for your LOC8 VERSA. Your phone will alert you automatically whenever your wallet goes out of range — before you've left the building.

How do I charge it?
Plug any USB-C cable into the port on the wallet. A full charge takes around 2 hours and lasts up to 6 months.

How do I know when the battery is low?
The Find My or Find Hub app will notify you when your wallet's battery needs recharging.

Can I track it if the battery dies?
The last-known location remains visible in the Find My or Find Hub app, so you'll still have a starting point to find it.

How do I clean the leather?
Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or soaking — Nappa leather is naturally durable but benefits from gentle care.
